We were recommended Northumbria Pipes after discovering the flue installed at our property was not compliant with the clean air policies in our area. David made sure we got the right flue installed and hooked up our new mini stove. We were impressed with the clear communication about prices and time lines and appreciated David going through the fire safety and how to use the stove with us. Thank you!

Great service provided by Northumbria Pipes. Past owners of our property left the older stove and flue lines etc in an absolute mess that required changing. We were provided with good guidance on the correct type and size of stove, which now looks great in our living room.
Also great service around unexpected but required plastering and fire boarding of our fireplace.
Professional service, friendly and high quality craftsmanship.

Northumbria pipes made an excellent job of fitting our two new stoves and surrounds.
They were efficient, friendly and professional, the stoves look incredible and work a treat!
They cleaned up after they finished each day, and were meticulous with their work.
I can’t rate them highly enough!
David was so helpful and offered us suggestions on what would be most efficient and beneficial for our home.
Danielle in the office could not have been more accommodating and friendly.
I would highly recommend them to anyone, considering to have new stoves fitted.
Thank you Northumbria pipes for your fantastic work!

Had a full new bathroom fitted before Christmas. The guys were true to their word and finished on time. It was a full clear out walls pulled out flooring up but the work was done very efficiently and tidied up everyday. Very impressed and would highly recommend Northumbria Pipes and supporting local craftmanship is so important.
